Your data is stored securely in an encrypted database (MongoDB). Presence data (such as a member’s current activity or game) is processed in real-time only, used solely to apply features like Presence Roles, and is never stored permanently on our servers.

You have the right to request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time. Because presence data is processed in real-time and is never stored, there is no separate presence data to delete or opt out of — server administrators can disable Presence Roles at any time via the bot’s settings, which stops the feature from processing activity data entirely. To request deletion of any other data we do store, please contact us via our support server.
