Abuse, exploit, or attempt to crash the bot’s infrastructure.
Use the bot to facilitate illegal activities or distribute harmful content.
Spam bot commands to disrupt service for other users.
Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted data.

05. Blacklist Policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to blacklist any user or Discord server from using AlyaBot if they are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service or the Discord Community Guidelines. Blacklisting may be temporary or permanent.

06. Disclaimers

AlyaBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the bot will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of the bot.
